These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Gleam Glow ("we," "us," or "our"), a professional cleaning company operating in Austin, Texas and surrounding areas. By booking a cleaning service, you agree to these Terms.

Service Agreement

When you book a cleaning through our website or by contacting us directly, you are entering into a service agreement with Gleam Glow. We agree to provide the cleaning service as described in your booking confirmation, and you agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property at the scheduled time.

Our team reserves the right to decline or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary beyond the scope of standard cleaning, or if the property differs significantly from what was described during booking.

Scheduling and Access

Cleaning appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will confirm your appointment date and arrival window via email or SMS. You are responsible for ensuring our team can access your property at the scheduled time, whether you are home or have provided entry instructions (lockbox code, smart lock, spare key, etc.).

If our team arrives and cannot access the property, a lockout fee may apply.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand plans change. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled cleaning time.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept all major credit and debit cards, processed securely through Stripe. Recurring cleaning customers may be billed automatically based on their selected frequency.

Liability and Insurance

Gleam Glow is fully insured. In the unlikely event that our team causes damage to your property during a cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we will send a team to re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge. See our Gleam Promise for full details.

Property Conditions

For the safety of our team, we require that your property be free of hazardous materials, pest infestations, and any conditions that could pose health risks. If our team encounters such conditions upon arrival, we reserve the right to decline service. Biohazard or hoarding situations are outside the scope of our standard services.

Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
