Our Guarantee

At Gleam Glow, we believe you should love the way your home looks and feels after every single clean. That's why we back every service with the Gleam Promise: if you're not satisfied, we'll re-clean the affected areas for free.

How It Works

• Step 1: After your cleaning, walk through your home and inspect our work.
• Step 2: If anything doesn't meet your expectations, contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning.
• Step 3: We'll schedule a re-clean of the affected areas at no additional cost, typically within 48 hours.

What the Gleam Promise Covers

The Gleam Promise applies to any area or task that was included in your booked service. Specifically:

• Missed spots or areas not cleaned to the agreed-upon standard
• Surfaces that were part of the checklist but not adequately addressed
• Any room or task included in your service package that fell below expectations

What It Does Not Cover

To keep things fair for everyone, the Gleam Promise does not cover:

• Pre-existing stains, damage, or discoloration that standard cleaning cannot remove
• Areas or tasks not included in your booked service (for example, inside oven cleaning is not part of a standard clean)
• Requests made more than 24 hours after the cleaning was completed
• Conditions caused by activity after the cleaning (pets, cooking, foot traffic, etc.)

We started Gleam Glow because we believe professional cleaning should be reliable, consistent, and stress-free. The Gleam Promise exists to hold ourselves accountable and give you total confidence every time you book with us. We'd rather re-clean a room than have a dissatisfied client.
